  • Deposits of $100 are required for cottage reservations
  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks in advance of booking will result in loss of deposit unless the deposit is used for a future booking within the same year.
  • A $25 admin fee applies to all refunds.
  • Check in: 2pm – Free early check in MUST be approved by the owners.
  • Check out: 11am – Free late check out MUST be approved by the owners.
  • Extra Guests: Additional overnight guests MUST be approved by the owners.  $20 fee for adults, $10 fee for children per person per night applies to all guests.
  • 2 Vehicles per cottage are allowed, additional vehicles may park in the parking lot.
  • Daily Visitors must check into the office before proceeding to the cottage.
  • All Dogs must be on leash and cleaned up after. Please bring coverings for furniture. A $15 cleaning deposit is required.
  • All Fish are to be cleaned on the fish table at the waterfront and table to be washed off after use. NO cleaning fish in the cottages.
  • All Guests are responsible for the safety and actions of their children and visitors. All children must be supervised.
